Thank you for shopping at Westcoast Piercing. We hope your experience was enjoyable. All implant grade alloys are backed by a 1 year warranty against any manufacturer defects, such as threading or jewel setting issues.
For hygienic reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, therefore there are no exchanges or refunds. If you have an issue with a product and would like to see if the item qualifies for repair or replacement, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product issue(s), including clear close up pictures. We will respond within 72hrs to advise if it qualifies for repair/replacement and provide and RMA# with instructions on where/how to return the item(s) and timeline for your repair/replacement. Please note, we do not provide return shipping labels.
We do advise that you CHECK YOUR JEWELRY FREQUENTLY to ensure threaded products are tight.
We are not responsible for lost jewelry.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there may be shipping restrictions on some products. When you place an order, UPS will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose. In stock products are typically shipped within 24hrs but could up to 120hrs.
